The Art of Baking was established to bring Charlotte... "Baking. At its Best". We are Charlotte's First Mobile Bakery so you've probably seen our purple mobile truck Sweetie in and around Charlotte. We have and still do participate at Food Truck Friday rallies and other events in Charlotte, Concord, Matthews, and Rock Hill. Being a mobile bakery in Charlotte allows us to be at more places such as corporate events, workplace lunches, birthday events, and much more. We believe that everyone should be able to experience scratch-made desserts that make you feel right at home no matter where you are.

We offer a wide variety of cakes and desserts to please your sweet tooth or for your special event. If you are looking for a wedding cake, celebration cake, specialty cake or cupcakes... We have you covered.

For special occasions such as birthdays and other events we provide a wide variety of cakes and cupcakes for you to choose from. As we are a specialty shop, desserts are made to order. Please contact us directly for availability. For more complex designs, we need at least 4 business days notice.
